I have been a psychotherapist for several years and have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults, individuals, couples and groups on a variety of mental health issues. My therapeutic approach involves joining with my clients to help them foster a better understanding of themselves and their relationships in order to achieve a happier, more successful and productive life. In a safe, non-judgmental environment, I use a variety of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Insight-Oriented Psychotherapy, Psycho-Education, relaxation techniques and humor. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life such that the past no longer keeps you stuck. I look forward to meeting you and working with you to facilitate your journey toward improved health and happiness.
