I provide individual, couples and family counseling. I have worked with a variety of individuals and families for many years and approach therapy from a teamwork perspective. I am open and direct and provide education and guidance in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. I primarily utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques which are effective for a variety of symptoms, including symptoms of depression and anxiety. I understand that therapy can be a difficult and/or intimidating process to begin. However, it is worth the investment of your time and energy. Most individuals come to feel very comfortable with the process and realize the benefits of having an open and safe environment in which to confidentially share ANY thoughts, feelings, issues, etc.

I hope you will consider calling the office to set up an initial visit to discuss how I can be of assistance to you in helping you to meet your personal goals and/or to reduce your suffering. I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, but know that no two people are alike, so I look forward to learning about your unique experiences. Also, if you are a parent and are seeking services for your child, please know that I have strong experience with working with resistant and challenging youth, particularly adolescents.
